Our group programs sessions run six days a week and are broken down into three different areas of focus: Body of Strength, Body of HIIT and Body of Booty.

BODY-10 FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Functional fitness is focused on building and maintaining both upper and lower body, while incorporating core, hip stability, and overall muscle strengthening. This stage uses strength circuit training in combination with power lifting, kettlebells, and yoga for an overall functional physique to support a lifestyle where you look good, feel good, and move well day to day.
BODY OF HIIT
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is proven to burn fat during and up to 24-48 hours after the workout. These workouts are designed to be 50-minutes of upbeat and dynamic workouts, incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training.
BODY OF BOOTY
This is a one hour session of building, toning, and tightening the booty and the muscles surround the hips using the combination of bands, cables, and state of the art fitness equipment.

This training is targeted for high school aged athletes (ages 14-18) and youth kids (ages 12-14). The program is designed to replicate training methods of the NCAA Division-I sports and professional training programs. There is no better time to build strong fundamentals and a solid foundation for athletes than when development is being done in the early years. With this programming, developed by Steve Alley, functional training is utilized in addition to three-dimensional movement specific to that athlete's sport, to ultimately create a bigger, faster, and stronger athlete with injury prevention in mind.
